Returns & Exchanges

At Super Cheap Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or haberdashery items are faulty or incorrect, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to initiate your return request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unwashed and uncut fabric in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
